Miami Dolphins' Tyreek Hill was handcuffed and placed face down on the street outside the team's stadium after being stopped for speeding and reckless driving on Sunday morning, just hours before the Dolphins' season opener. A police officer involved in the incident has since been placed on administrative leave.
