An important update on Concord

 

Attention Concord fans:

We’ve been closely monitoring your feedback since Concord launched on PlayStation 5 and PC, and we’re deeply grateful to everyone who has embarked on this journey with us aboard the Northstar. Your support and the vibrant community that has developed around the game mean everything to us.

While many aspects of the game resonated with players, we acknowledge that some elements and our initial launch didn’t meet our expectations. As a result, we’ve decided to take the game offline starting September 6, 2024, to explore options that better align with our players’ needs.

Effective immediately, Concord will no longer be available for purchase, and we will be issuing full refunds to everyone who has bought the game for PS5 or PC. Here’s how you can get your refund:

PlayStation : If you purchased Concord from the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Steam Store : Refunds will be issued to players who bought the game, and Steam will send a confirmation once processed.

Epic Games Store : Refunds will also be issued, and Epic Games will contact each customer directly to confirm the refund.

Physical Copies : For those who bought a physical copy from a retailer, please follow the retailer’s refund process.

Please note that access to the game will be removed once the refund is processed.
